If you have not added a credit card to your account and it is after 1st May 2021, then your membership has expired.

This procedure will only have to be done once as the OCS membership system does not have your credit card details that you had with the previous WorldPay system. Thereafter, the system will automatically collect your subscription.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Visit the Manage my Account page by clicking the link in the Member’s Area found at the bottom of each web page.
3. Confirm that your subscription expired on 1st May 2021.
4. Click the Subscribe link.
5. A new page opens for the type of membership selected.
6. Select the currency you wish to be billed in and confirm your details are correct.
7. Enter your credit card details at the bottom of the page and then click the Sign Up button.
8. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive a welcome message.
9. You have now completed the credit card entry procedure.

You should only do this procedure if you have been instructed to do so, or are within one month of the end of your subscription. Typically, this will be in the month of April.

4. Click the Change Plan link.
5. A popup window opens, from the drop down menu select the type of membership you want.
6. Click the SELECT PLAN button
7. A new page opens for the type of membership selected.
8. Select the currency you wish to be billed in and confirm your details are correct.
9. Enter your credit card details at the bottom of the page and then click the Sign Up button.
10. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive a welcome message.
11. You have now completed the credit card entry procedure.

The first time you use the OCS website to access the protected content, you will need to setup a new secure password.

1. Click this link Forgot Password to be taken to the password reset screen.
2. Fill in your email address used to administer your OCS account and click the Request Password Reset button.
3. Check your email inbox, including your spam box for an email sent from the Oriental Ceramic Society with the words The Oriental Ceramic Society Password Reset in the heading.
4. Open the email and click the link that looks similar to: https://www.orientalceramicsociety.org.uk/member-login/?action=reset_password&mkey=90VEgdWjEIRx5N2wAR&
5. After the web page loads, enter your new password in to both boxes and click the Update Password button.
6. You will now be logged in to the website.

On a desktop PC or Mac

1. Click the words LOG IN  found in the top right hand corner of every page.
2. After the popup window opens, enter your username, which is the email address you use to administer your OCS account and password.
3. Click the LOG IN button. You should now be logged in.

On a mobile or tablet

1. Tap the burger icon at the top of the screen to open the main menu.
2. Tap the words LOG IN.
3. After the popup window opens, enter your username, which is the email address you use to administer your OCS account and password.
4. Tap the LOG IN button. You should now be logged in.

On a desktop PC or Mac

1. Click the words LOG IN  found in the top right hand corner of every page.
2. After the popup window opens, click the word Logout.
3. You will then see the message ‘You have successfully logged out of the OCS Website’. You are now logged out of the system.

On a mobile or tablet

1. Tap the burger icon at the top of the screen top open the main menu.
2. Tap the words LOG IN.
3. After the popup window opens, tap the word Logout.
4. You will then see the message ‘You have successfully logged out of the OCS Website’. You are now logged out of the system.

Please note, this only works if you are actually logged in.

To reset your password, follow this procedure:

1. Click this link Forgot Password to be taken to the I forgot my password form.
2. Fill in your email address used to administer your OCS account and click the Request Password Reset button.
3. Check your email inbox, including your spam box for an email sent from the Oriental Ceramic Society with the words The Oriental Ceramic Society Password Reset in the heading.
4. Open the email and click the link that looks similar to: https://www.orientalceramicsociety.org.uk/member-login/?action=reset_password&mkey=90VEgdWjEIRx5N2wAR&
5. After the web page loads, enter your new password in to both boxes and click the Update Password button.
6. You will now be logged in to the website.

Firstly, you will need to be logged in to your account.

Then you can visit the Manage my Account page by clicking the link in the Member’s Area found at the bottom of each web page.

To change your personal details, simply make any updates and then click the Save Profile button at the bottom.

To view your subscription, click on the Subscription link.

View payments by clicking the Payments link.  On this page you will be able to download/view a PDF receipt of all payments made to the OCS.

Please note, the OCS website only stores your credit card expiry date so that it can notify you that it is close to expiring and prompt you to add a new credit card to maintain continuity of your OCS membership.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Visit the Manage my Account page by clicking the link in the Member’s Area found at the bottom of each web page.
3. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
4. Then click update in the far right hand column.
5. Enter your new credit card details and click Submit.
6. You’re now all set with an updated credit card.

If you have a Student or Institutional membership, this procedure will allow you to upgrade your membership to Full status (UK Member or Overseas Member).  You will be billed a pro-rata amount, so any money paid already will be taken in to account and reduce your fee. Your new membership renewal date will be today.

1. Visit the Manage my Account page by clicking the link in the Member’s Area found at the bottom of each web page.
2. Confirm that you are logged in and can view your account details.
3. Click the Subscriptions tab on the blue menu.
4. Click the words Change Plan.
5. A popup will allow you to select the membership level you desire. Choose UK Member or Overseas Member as appropriate and click Select Plan.
6. You will be taken to the payment page where all of your personal details will have already be filled in.
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the currency you wish to be billed in and confirm your details are correct.
8. Enter your credit card details at the bottom of the page and then click the Sign Up button.
9. Once payment has been confirmed you will receive a welcome message.
10. You have now completed the membership upgrade procedure.
