We want to make sure that you’re happy with your purchases.

If you’ve purchased a book or catalogue from us then you have the right to cancel your order up to  14 days after receiving it. Please notify us by email or in writing. You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us in unused condition. We will refund your order on receipt and pay you back by the same means you paid us with, unless agreed otherwise.

If you’ve booked a paid event, such as a conference or a tour, if the event is cancelled, moved or rescheduled then you can claim a refund. Please contact us by email or in writing.

You can cancel your membership within 14 days of payment and receive a full refund.
