This is to give OCS members notice that the Oriental Ceramic Society AGM 2026 will take place at 17:30 on Wednesday 3rd of  June 2025 at the Society of Antiquaries, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, W1J 0BE. It will be held in person and online. However, only those who are present in person are able to vote.

If you are unable to attend the meeting in person, you can appoint an eligible proxy by filling in the Proxy Form electronically HERE. Your proxy must be both a member of the Society and be present at the meeting in person to be eligible to vote on your behalf.

The papers for the meeting are accessible by clicking on the links in the agenda below. Please print out a set for yourself to bring to the meeting. The Zoom link will be advised later. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know by email.

The AGM will be followed immediately at 18:00, by the Shang Shan Tang Lecture given by Professor Stacey Pierson.
